The Asfari Institute for Civil Society and Citizenship is dedicated to advancing women’s political participation in Lebanon and the MENA region. Through targeted advocacy, leadership development, and regional partnerships, the Institute challenges gender norms, amplifies women’s voices in decision-making and peace processes, and fosters systemic change. These initiatives aim to empower women, increase their representation in public life, and promote long-term gender equality across the region.
