Women’s Political Participation


The Asfari Institute for Civil Society and Citizenship is dedicated to advancing womenโ€™s political participation in Lebanon and the MENA region. Through targeted advocacy, leadership development, and regional partnerships, the Institute challenges gender norms, amplifies womenโ€™s voices in decision-making and peace processes, and fosters systemic change. These initiatives aim to empower women, increase their representation in public life, and promote long-term gender equality across the region.
