تقاطع المناخ والرعاية في منطقة غرب آسيا وشمال أفريقيا: مراجعة استطلاعية
تستعرض هذه المراجعة الاستكشافية ترابط الرعاية والعدالة المناخية في منطقة غرب آسيا وشمال أفريقيا من منظور الاقتصاد السياسي النسوي. وتبيّن أن تغيّر المناخ والنزاعات والتقشّف يزيد أعباء الرعاية غير المدفوعة على النساء، بينما تغيب الرعاية عن السياسات المناخية، داعيةً إلى مقاربات مناخية تتمحور حول الرعاية.

Mapping the Climate–Care Nexus in the WANA Region: A Scoping Review
This scoping review analyzes the care–climate justice nexus in WANA through a feminist political economy lens. Reviewing 37 sources (2000–2025), it shows climate change, conflict, and austerity intensify women’s unpaid care, while care remains marginal in climate policy, calling for care-centered climate research and governance.

Transforming Care Systems in the Southwest Asia and North Africa Region: A Regional Dialogue on the International Day of Care & Support
On October 29, 2025, the Asfari Institute, in partnership with UNICEF, UNDP, ESCWA, GIZ, and the Global Alliance for Care, hosted a regional online dialogue marking the International Day of Care and Support. The event relaunched the MENA Working Group on Care and advanced regional collaboration on care justice and gender-responsive policies.
