Abstract

The report from the third workshop outlines challenges and offers recommendations to improve women’s involvement in Lebanese politics and public administration. It emphasizes a temporary quota system for women’s representation, societal support for women candidates, and enhanced collaboration among legislators, civil society, and media. The report advocates for evidence-based policy-making, accountability, and addressing financial and social barriers to women’s political participation, aiming to foster an inclusive governance environment and promote gender equality.
