From Histories to Futures: A Mapping of Feminist Movements in the MENA Region
This event aimed to launch a report whose goal is to strengthen the feminist movement, building inclusive communities, and reinforcing a transnational coalition in the MENA region. The report reflects the insights of 48 feminists from 12 countries who collaborated to address complex emotions and challenge deeply entrenched societal norms and patriarchy.

Centering Feminist Values and Principles: Feminist Foreign Policies and Feminist Diplomacy
On May 9, 2023, the Asfari Institute hosted a discussion with the Mexican and Canadian Foreign Services, ILGA World, ICRW, and Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung on Feminist Foreign Policies (FFPs). The event explored FFPs’ design, implementation, impact on feminist movements, and their role in advancing an intersectional feminist agenda.
