Beyond the Pandemic: Structure of Opportunities and Challenges for Transforming Arab States and Civil Societies

This project explores the changes in state-society relations in the Arab world post-COVID-19. Combining academic and on-the-ground insights, it focuses on six themes: Governance, Public Healthcare, Social Protection, Employment, and Social Justice. Leveraging the Asfari Institute’s collaboration with Arab civil society, the project aims to provide empirical data and recommendations for stakeholders, bridging research and policy to foster informed decision-making and positive changes in the region’s post-pandemic landscape.
